The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) is pioneering the first University-originated
business incubator of its kind in the country. UTT is soon to launch a business incubator
programme which will be a fundamental support process to nurture and accelerate the
successful development of fledgling companies started and supported by the University’s
incubator programme.
During incubation, UTT will provide graduates with an array of targeted resources and
services as part of its “Mentorship,” programme whereby mentors learn new ideas from
mentees and mentees gain timeless wisdom from mentors.
In many ways service inspires innovation and
UTT firmly believes that the
Trinidad and Tobago
Association of Retired Persons (TTARP)
has a cadre
of members who may be able to volunteer their time
and talents towards mentoring incubatees twice a
month.
So if you are a subject-matter expert, industry veteran
or other long-serving professional who can coach the
mentees on a particular topic while also facilitating
their growth through shared resources and networks,
then this is an opportunity for you!
Offering more than 50 Undergraduate and
Postgraduate programmes, over 150 short
courses, and the mission to discover and develop
entrepreneurs while graduating businesses: there’s
just one question left:
When can you start?
