Colorectal cancer occurs most often
in people aged 50 or older.
Both men and women can get
colorectal cancer, and the risk
increases with age.
Colorectal cancer usually starts from
polyps in the colon or rectum.
Screening is important, to detect
remove polyps before they turn into
cancer.
YOU SHOULD BE TESTED if:-
You or a close relative have had colorectal
polyps or colorectal cancer.
You have in ammatory bowel disease.
You see blood in or on your stool
(bowel movement).
You have stomach aches, pains, or cramps
that don’t go away.
You are losing weight and don’t know why.
